BIG BANG – “KHANH HOA PEOPLE SPEAK ENGLISH” TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM
On the afternoon of April 2nd, 2023, the “Big Bang” training and team building program organized by the Program Management Board of the “Khanh Hoa people speak English” project took place with many exciting and memorable activities. Nearly 50 members of the English Clubs’ Executive Boards and project specialized volunteers participated in the program.
The training and team building program was organized to promote teamwork, creativity, and connections among project volunteers and English Club members. The program was divided into two parts: a discussion and sharing session on the topic “Leader without title” and a team building activity.
During the group discussion on the content of the “Leader without title” workshop, the activity recorded breakthrough ideas from members on the topic such as the importance of leadership position, responsibility and character, as well as discipline and solidarity within the team.
Sharing at the program, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoan – Project Manager of “Khanh Hoa people speak English” program said: This team building activity is an opportunity for volunteer members and English Club members to shine. They are all young people with a lot of energy, ideas, and creativity, and what we need to do is to unite as one. On the journey of implementing the project, the youth of the team will be the core workforce to accompany the Project Management Board in the upcoming period.
Developing team spirit, outdoor activities are opportunities for members to unleash their creativity, demonstrate their abilities to win with their teammates.
The leaders and specialized volunteers of the clubs are important factors contributing to the success of the “Khanh Hoa people speak English” project. Organizing activities to train soft skills is necessary to build a strong team that can spread the spirit of learning and communicating in English to all citizens of Khanh Hoa.
